Full Roof Renovation & Chimney Rebuild – St Tudy, Cornwall

This extensive roofing project in St Tudy involved a complete renovation of the main roof, chimney rebuild, leadwork upgrades, sedum roof replacement, and refurbishment of multiple slate canopies.

The existing slate roof was carefully stripped, insulated with modern acoustic and thermal materials, and re-laid using the original reclaimed slates to preserve the property's character. Extensive leadwork was installed throughout, including new hips, flashings, soakers, and chimney detailing using Code 5 lead.

The project also included a full chimney reconstruction using reclaimed stone, new flue liners, and traditional stone cladding, along with the replacement of a sedum roof system and restoration of slate canopies over the property's windows.
