This is Mawgan Porth's old Life Boat cottage. This roof has grey green Brazilian 500x250mm slates with a graphite diamond pattern of slates fitted to the front of roof facing the beach. Ridges are grey concrete and fitted with Redland dry fix system. We completely rebuilt this roof back off wall plates and fitted iso 10 insulation to it.
